Investment policy and ESG criteria

CONSOLIDATION ET DEVELOPPEMENT GESTION publishes information on its website about the ways in which it takes account in its investment policy of criteria relating to environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues.

Policy for managing conflicts of interest

The policy for managing conflicts of interest describes the mechanism in place to ensure that potential conflicts of interest are detected and prevented from materialising if possible, and, if they cannot be averted, that the clients concerned are informed. A conflict of interest is understood to mean any situation in which the interests of CONSOLIDATION ET DEVELOPPEMENT GESTION and/or its employees and/or its clients are directly or indirectly opposed to one another.

In accordance with the laws and regulations in force, CONSOLIDATION ET DEVELOPPEMENT GESTION has put in place a policy and a risk mapping system aimed at identifying situations of conflict of interest that might arise in the context of its activities and at ensuring that they are managed so as to ensure the primacy of its clients’ interests.

The policy for managing conflicts of interest is available to investors upon request.
